The James Macready-Bryan Foundation seeks to provide financial support, optimum care and a public voice for young sufferers of acquired brain injury.
Their vision is that all young sufferers of acquired brain injury have the opportunity to be fully and appropriately supported in terms of their financial, rehabilitation and accommodation needs.

MPC Student Journalism Awards
The Student Journalist of the Year Award recognises and promotes excellence in Victorian student journalism. Any student studying journalism or communications at a tertiary institution in Victoria can enter their published work. An expert panel of journalists, organised by the Melbourne Press Club, assess entries, with an emphasis on originality, impact, quality and initiative. The winner is named at the Melbourne Press Club Quills awards, – the prestigious “night of nights” for journalism in Victoria – and receives numerous benefits including a cash grant, work experience at a major media outlet, and mentorship from experienced journalists.

SANE Australia is a national charity helping Australians affected by mental illness lead a better life.
For almost 30 years, SANE Australia has been providing much needed help to individuals, their families and supporters affected by mental illness through direct support, training, and education. SANE is a highly respected provider of quality information and resources covering a full range of issues related to mental health and mental ill-health and has a proud history in collaborating closely with other mental health sector partners to ensure maximum reach and benefit for the community.
The Vizard Foundation is helping SANE to continue production of its award-winning series of Research Bulletins which cover topics related to mental illness. The Bulletins leverage SANE’s existing relationships with highly-respected scientific partners to source and distil interesting and powerful research, and communicate it in a practical, useful, and relatable way.
